Mair Alight has shared NVC with organizations and in public trainings, with mental health patients, prisoners and preschoolers. She enjoys sharing stories, songs and images to inspire and connect, using the diversity of her life experiences to invite understanding and offer relevance.
Mair has driven a tractor, taxicab and bus, worked as a field hand, horse trainer & riding stable guide, raised two children, founded and operated a consignment clothing & gift store, been a minister and a witness in a murder trial, done energy healing, been on the founding board of a number of non-profits, worked for the government; a diversity of experience and the resultant depth of understanding for others! She has co-authored a children’s NVC coloring book, “Compassionate Underwear” (for sale at www.CNVC.com) as well as the DVD “Living NVC”.
